DCR Systems is a forward-thinking company that has implemented and mastered lean manufacturing principles in the collision industry over the years. We operate process centered collision centers where we utilize the latest technology advancements in our tooling and training. Our collision centers are all dealer-based and have a number of Manufacturer Certifications in addition to industry recognized ones such as ICAR Gold.

We are looking for candidates who are interested in joining in our leadership training program.

This program would include but not limited to the following items:

-Learning the DCR Culture & patented production process of our product flow

-Learning the various standards and validations within our process

-Learning about our dealer based business model & operations

-Developing excellent leadership skills as it relates to leading a team in a team environment

-Developing excellent communication skills with team, operations, and leadership

-Understand & lead team to consistently achieve company quality metrics

-Willingness to learn and embrace a process centered environment

-Ability to solve problems; have a solution seeking, positive mindset

-MUST be a people oriented individual that can work as a team player with your respective team

This is an opportunity for someone who is new or has been in the industry to jointhis exciting leadership training program. Ideal candidate would work to develop into a store leader position at our store.
